Periodic Print Quality Check

Some of our customers already use our service for periodic print quality checks. Some of them wants the check every 6 months, some once a year, depending on their performance. The clients like to be up to date about the printing quality, the technical condition which we provide them as a PDF protocol or in paper form. They as well use the protocol for their certifications like ISO, PSO, et cetera.

At the first time, we show the operator at the press how to observe the standard procedures for the print quality check. Second time and later on, there is as well the possibility to make the print test by themselves following the standardized procedure (without us present at the press) and send us the printed sheets for analyzing. This procedure is sufficient an the lowest price version for a periodic quality check. 

Sometimes while interpreting the measurement data and protocols, we see wearouts and upcoming problems before it has a visual negative influence to the printing quality. Adjustment and repair works can be much better planned and realized previously. You can avoid bigger problems, expensive repair works and longer machine stops.

In such cases, we automatically send a repair recommendation to the client. If the customer wants, we can directly contact their service partners to explain the problems in detail or arrange a service intervention following the customers wishes.
